Praga 38 × yomesocial
Google Ads campaigns and Google Business Profile optimisation
Great food that nobody knew about. Praga 38 had just opened on a new street and was fighting for every guest, with daily revenue sometimes dropping to PLN 300. We set up Google Ads and the Google Business Profile so the restaurant appeared exactly when someone nearby was looking for a place to go out. In the very first month the profile collected 50 new five-star reviews, and the record day turned out more than 600 percent better than the starting level.

“We work with yomesocial on Google Ads campaigns and after just the first month we're starting to see the first increases. The restaurant is also visited more often in the afternoon, which was particularly important to us. We're happy with the direction this collaboration is taking.”

The challenge
Praga 38 had just opened on a new street and faced the hardest kind of start: empty tables. Daily revenue fluctuated between PLN 300 and 500. The food was genuinely good, but nobody in the area knew about it, and there were too few Google reviews for anyone to decide to drop by. The restaurant needed foot traffic, and without a big ad budget.
What we did
Instead of waiting for people to find the address on their own, we set up Google Ads so Praga 38 appeared right at the moment of decision — when someone nearby was looking for an idea for a night out with friends, dinner or a date, and choosing where to go. We focused on Search Network campaigns, deliberately skipping PMAX. That way the ad shows only for a specific user intent, not at random, so not a single złoty goes to people who aren't looking for somewhere to eat. In parallel, we cleaned up and optimised the Google Business Profile so it finally encouraged visits. We targeted the area within a 10 km radius and, importantly for this location, tourists — including many Spanish-speaking visitors — for whom we launched separate campaigns in English. All on a deliberately small budget, to show that results don't depend on burning money.
The result
- Record daily revenue more than 600 percent higher than the starting level of PLN 300–500
- 12,484 restaurant impressions in Google Search in the first month
- 50 new reviews in a month, all five-star, with an average rating of 5.0
- 182 “get directions” clicks and 18 calls directly from the Google profile
- Groups of friends started coming back in the afternoons, thanks to campaigns targeting specific hours in Google Search
How does the collaboration work?
- 01
We start with analysis: who looks for a place like Praga 38 and when — a night out with friends, a date, dinner after work.
- 02
We optimise the Google Business Profile: we retouch photos for a specific target group, refine the description and complete all the information so the profile is highly visible on Google and builds trust before anyone clicks.
- 03
We launch Google Ads Search Network campaigns targeting specific intents, hours and the area within a 10 km radius.
- 04
We add further creatives for specific keywords, chosen so they don't cannibalise the main creative, including separate campaigns in English for tourists visiting the district.
- 05
We run everything on a deliberately small budget and make sure every złoty actually brings in guests.
- 06
We analyse results and shift the budget to where the most traffic comes in during key hours.
